This 3 evening Culinary Boot Camp provides thorough, concise sessions that gives you a taste of professional culinary program without lengthy time commitment. This Boot Camp explores the fundamental method of cooking from basics to advance techniques. This is a great opportunity to improve your skills with a trained professional chef at your disposal. On the last day, you will bring everything together and produce a menu with your classmates that incorporate all the skills you have learned and talked about throughout the series.

Join Chef Pili in the kitchen creating smaller versions of favorite pies and tarts as this hands-on class discovers tips for creating different types of crusts and mouth-watering fillings.
