Grilled cheese and wine I not a sacrilege. In my mind, it is a respectable and tasty way to bring together the trinity of food. It’s time to make some grown-up grilled cheese sandwiches. Join us in this class to create gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. We will start with good bread, great cheese and some add-ons and taste some wines that best pair with each grilled cheese sandwich.

Have you ever picked up produce in the grocery store and put it right back for its challenging shape or not knowing how to use it? Chef David and Chef Pili will share tips and techniques for peeling, chopping, and dicing vegetables and fruits. Knife Skills is the most important culinary skill you can learn. In this class our professional chef will discuss how a knife is built, different knife varieties. You will learn how to care for your knife, including sharpening, honing, cleaning and storing. We will teach you proper handling and show you the most useful cuts and techniques using herbs and vegetables. Also, cleaning and slicing fruits. So, come hungry.

This Boot Camp explores the fundamental method of cooking from basics to advance techniques. This is a great opportunity to improve your skills with a trained professional chef at your disposal.
