This 3 evening Culinary Boot Camp provides thorough, concise sessions that gives you a taste of professional culinary program without lengthy time commitment. This Boot Camp explores the fundamental method of cooking from basics to advance techniques. This is a great opportunity to improve your skills with a trained professional chef at your disposal. On the last day, you will bring everything together to plan and produce a menu with your classmates that incorporate all the skills you have learned and talked about throughout the series.

Have you ever picked up produce in the grocery store and put it right back for its challenging shape or not knowing how to use it? Chef David and Chef Pili will share tips and techniques for peeling, chopping, and dicing vegetables and fruits. Knife Skills is the most important culinary skill you can learn. In this class our professional chef will discuss how a knife is built, different knife varieties. You will learn how to care for your knife, including sharpening, honing, cleaning and storing. We will teach you proper handling and show you the most useful cuts and techniques using herbs and vegetables. Also, cleaning and slicing fruits. So, come hungry.
The Art of Decorating Cupcakes
Join us for a class focusing on the frosting and creating exquisite designs, using a variety of frosting, molding, and pipping techniques. The cupcakes are out of the oven and ready to decorate. This hands-on class learns to work with several pastry tips to create beautiful piped flowers and other seasonal designs. Students will take home their decorated cupcakes.
