Our  Culinary Program offers a variety of subjects for everyone and at times  that are convenient for you.  Whether you enjoy getting your hands  dirty or sit back and let us do the work; whether you want to learn  about pizzas, pasta, ethnic cuisines or backyard grilling, we have the  class that’s right for you.  Spend  a few hours or even a few days with us. In our single-subject classes  you’ll learn new skills in just 2.5  hours that will last a lifetime.  Or,  enroll in one of our series classes and make new friends as you meet  regularly to explore further into the topics as the series progresses.   Guests  do not need cooking experience to attend. For our motto is “Cooking  Made Simple and Fun”. The price includes cooking instruction by  professional chefs, great food using the freshest ingredients, copies of the recipes to recreate at home, and the fun of cooking with new  acquaintances.

We reserve the right to  substitute ingredients and menu items due to availability and market  freshness. However, we will make every effort to remain true to our  posted menu.

Hands-on Classes

Our  hands-on classes give you an opportunity to learn techniques and apply  them. Working closely with an instructor and using professional  appliances, cookware and cutlery, you and a small group of classmates  learn cooking techniques by actually preparing the menu items. All  hands-on workshops are limited to 12 students.

Demonstration Classes

In our demonstration classes, students learn by watching the instructor  prepare the menu while providing step-by-step procedures for each dish.  This relaxed, interactive format encourages informative discussions to  help you prepare the dishes with confidence at home.

Series Classes

For  students interested in a truly instructive culinary experience, our  series classes offer more in-depth instruction over a period of days or  weeks. Our Three-Day Culinary Basics class is a series of  workshops in which students learn the basic cooking techniques by  actually participating in the preparation.

Family Fun Nights
Family Fun Night cooking classes are a unique culinary  experience which offers classes to adults and children in a environment  that encourages discovery and creativity. These classes are a great way  to spend some one-on-one time with your child, and expose them to some  new delicious food while teaching them the joy and value of cooking.
Private Classes
Basic and Advanced  private cooking classes for individuals or groups are available in your  home. A basic class includes learning knife skills, kitchen safety, and  recipes that are simple, healthy, and delicious. Advanced cooking  classes include learning a particular cuisine, or cooking skill. All  private cooking classes or "cooking party" are hands-on in your own  kitchen, with your own equipment. Plan on spending about 2 to 3 hours  per cooking lesson depending upon what kind of food is being prepared.  Private cooking classes are scheduled at a mutually agreeable time. The  price varies depending on your group size, menu, and location, call for more  information. Private Classes in our Professional Kitchen, and demonstration private cooking classes are also available.
